Building For Success

Mya was adopted from a foreign country at the age of 18 months.  Her early life was difficult, and she went months without human interaction.  Her adoptive parents, Rick and Sally, worried that their dreams for their new daughter might not come true.

But thanks to the patient staff at Helen Ross McNabb Center (a United Way agency) and a Therapeutic Preschool program, Mya has made amazing developmental and social leaps, and she’s well on her way to her dreams.

See Mya in our 2012 Campaign Video.
